A public information meeting will be held on March 15, 2011 at 5:30
p.m. in Council Chambers (previously to be held in Conference Room 1A) –
City Hall Addition – 701 East Broadway on the following proposals:
 
Case 11-18  A request by B. Daniel Simon (agent), on behalf of
Hartman-Baker, LLC to rezone property from R-1 (One-Family Dwelling
District) to R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District). The
0.16-acre site is located on the north side of Bouchelle Avenue,
approximately 225 feet east of Lee Street (addressed 1407 Bouchelle
Avenue).

Case 11-17 A request by B. Daniel Simon (agent), on behalf of MRZ
Properties, LLC to rezone property from R-1 (One-Family Dwelling
District) to R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District). The
0.16-acre site is located on the north side of Bouchelle Avenue,
approximately 175 feet east of Lee Street (addressed 1405 Bouchelle
Avenue).

Case 11-21 A request by Tom Kardon (owner) to rezone property from C-P
(Planned Business District) and R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family
Dwelling District) to C-3 (General Business District).  The 1.11-acre
site is located on the southeast corner of Coats Street and North
Boulevard (addressed 1200 & 1206 Coats Street, and 808 North Boulevard).
