A concept review meeting was held on September 1, 2011, to discuss:
 
A request by Lake of the Woods South, LLC (owner) for approval of a C-P
development plan for a Jimmy John’s restaurant and a retail shopping
center building.  The 8-acre subject site is located on the south side
of Bull Run Drive, west of Port Way.  (Case 11-93)

A concept review meeting was held on October 4, 2011, to discuss:

A request by Green Thumb Properties, LLC (owner) for a major amendment
to the C-P zoning district on 2.57 acres of land on the southwest corner
of Route K and S.  Nursery Road (addressed 7450 S. Nursery Road) (Case
11-113).
