Purpose of Meeting

A. The main purpose of tonight’s meeting is for the seven working
groups to present their elevator speeches on the existing conditions to
the group and receive feedback on the presentation material and finalize
the process which they will use in Phase II of the public engagement on
existing conditions.
Planning and Zoning Commission Report - Doug Wheeler

Break into work groups - Steve Jeanetta/Larry Dickerson - additional
instructions, if needed

A. Follow-up presentation of work group "elevator speech" - in prep for
Phase II Public Meetings
