A request by A Civil Group, on behalf of BRS Properties, to discuss the
annexation, permanent City zoning, and rezoning of approximately 3.44 acres
of land. The subject site is located at 1325 Smiley Lane and is located
partially inside the City of Columbia and Boone County. *This meeting is to
discuss changes to the previously submitted application. (Case # 12-43)*
