You are invited to a public information meeting to discuss:
 
A request by the Rock Quarry Properties, LLC (owner) to rezone 1.78
acres of land from A-1 to PUD, and for approval of a PUD plan to be
known as The Pointe at Rock Quarry Park – Phase II PUD Plan. The subject
site is located on the east side of Rock Quarry Road, 400 feet south of
Grindstone Parkway (3422 Rock Quarry Road) (Case # 12-1).
 
 
AND
 
 
A request by the City of Columbia (owner) for R-1 (One-Family Dwelling
District) as permanent City zoning on five acres of land, pending
voluntary annexation. The subject site is located on the north side of
Brown School Road, approximately 500 feet east of Providence Road (557
E. Brown School Road) (Case # 12-04).
