A request by JQB Construction (owner) to rezone 15 acres of land from A-1 (Agriculture) to PUB-6 (Planned Unit Development) and approval of a PUD development plan to be known as Hunter's Landing.  The subject site is located on the southeast corner of Garth Avenue and Blue Ridge Road. (Case # 12-10)
