      consideration of a newly proposed development agreement:

      of land from R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling
District) to C-2
      (Central Business District).  The subject site is located on the
south side
      of Walnut Street, approximately 350 feet west of College Avenue,
addressed
      1208 and 1210 East Walnut Street.
