A public information meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, 2012, to discuss the following proposals:
 
A request by Engineering Surveys and Services, on behalf of TKG Conley Road Investments, LLC, for a C-P plan amendment on Lot 1 of Konstantin Subdivision. The 4.18-acre property is located on Conley Road, 1300 feet north of Wal-Mart. (Case #12-34)
 
A request by A Civil Group, on behalf of BRS Properties, for permanent zoning from County M-L (light industrial) to City M-P (planned general industrial) and rezoning from City A-1 (agricultural) to M-P (planned general industrial).  The 3.44-acre property is located at 1325 Smiley Lane. (Case #12-43)
 
A request by Crockett Engineering, on behalf of David and Caryn Fenton, for a C-P development plan.  The 2.55-acre property is located at 900 N Old Hwy 63. (Case #12-42)
