Regarding case #12-43, BRS Properties, to be heard this Thursday, May 10 by
the Planning and Zoning Commission, the request is for permanent zoning and
rezoning to C-P for the entire site. The applicant's original request had
been for M-P and C-P. The staff report and recommendation remain
unchanged. Staff apologizes for the error on the agenda as distributed last
Friday. The updated case description is as follows:

A request by A Civil Group, on behalf of BRS Properties (owner), for
permanent zoning from County M-L to City C-P (Planned Business) and to
rezone from A-1 (Agricultural) to C-P (Planned Business District).  The
3.44-acre property is located at 1325 Smiley Lane.  *This case was tabled
at the April 19 PZC Meeting.*
