[Planning and Development]

A public information meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 12
 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Lobby. The following cases will be discussed:


   1. A request by PLD, LLC (owner) to rezone 13.73 acres of land from A-1
   (Agricultural District) to O-P (Planned Office District). The subject site
   is located on the east side of State Farm Parkway, between Grindstone
   Parkway and Nifong Boulevard, and is addressed 1101 E Nifong Boulevard.
   (Case #12-184)
      2. A request by Southside Trail Estates for annexation, permanent R-1
   and PUD-5.5 zoning, a preliminary plat, and PUD plan. The 35.8-acre site is
   located on South Route K, approximately 2,000 feet south of the
   intersection of Providence, Route K, and Old Plank Road. (Case #12-185)
