A request by Stephens College (owner) and the Hagan Scholarship
Foundation (contract purchaser) for a two-lot, final minor
plat, to be
known as "Academy Subdivision; a right-of-way variance; and a sewer

Broadway at the Dorsey St. and Ripley St. intersections.

amendment to Woodrail Country Homes PUD Plan to accomodate
improvements to

includes building additions and a proposed front yard
setback reduction
along the site's Woodrail Terrace frontage from 25 feet to
13.5 feet.
