      A request by Robert Laverne Sapp and Jane Sapp (owners) to annex
      14.36 acres of land into the city of Columbia, and to assign R-1
      (One-Family Dwelling District) as permanent City zoning.  The
subject site
      is located on the northwest corner of Scott Boulevard and Highway KK, and
      is addressed 5801 S. Highway KK.

      A request by United Bass Ore, LLC (owner) to rezone 2.13 acres of
      land from R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) to O-P (Planned Office), and for
      approval of a development plan to be known as OHM Professional Offices.
       The application includes a requested variance from Section 29-13.1(d)(8)
      so that no sidewalk shall be required to be constructed along the site's
      Henley Drive frontage.  The subject site is located on the west side of
      Woodard Drive, approximately 800 feet south of Mexico Gravel Road.

      A request by St. Charles Road Development (owner) to annex 127.81
      acres of land into the city of Columbia, and to apply R-1 (One-Family
      Dwelling District), O-P (Planned Office District), and C-P (Planned
      Business District) as permanent City zoning.  The subject site is located
      on the north side of St. Charles Road, on both sides of Battle Avenue.

      A request by Boone Development, Inc (owner) to rezone a portion of
      C-P (Planned Business District) zoned land to PUD-6 (Planned Unit
      Development District with a maximum density of six units per
acre), and for
      approval of a PUD development plan/preliminary plat to be known
as, "On the
      Ninth".  The rezoning portion contains 6,568 square feet, and the PUD
      development plan/plat contains 5.68 acres; both located east of the
      intersection of Old Hawthorne Drive West and Pergola Drive.

      A request by the City of Columbia to annex approximately 141.76 acres
      of City-owned parkland into the city, and to apply R-1

      District) as permanent City zoning.  The subject site is located on the
      north side of St. Charles Road, to the east of Golf Boulevard, and is
      addressed 6700 E. St. Charles Road.
