      approximately 17.64 acres of land located east of the intersection of
      Maguire Boulevard and Emily Drive from M-C (Controlled
Industrial District)
      to C-3 (General Business District).

      A request by the Crockett Engineering, on behalf of Park 7 Group
      (contract purchaser), to rezone approximately 45.1 acres from A-1
      (Agriculture) to PUD 9 (Planned Unit Development maximum 9
units/acre) and
      receive approval of a final PUD development plan to be known as
"The Avenue
      at Columbia". The 45.1 acre parcel is located approximately 1500 feet
      northeast of the Stadium Boulevard/Cinnamon Hill Lane/Maguire Boulevard
      intersection and is addressed as 1202 Cinnamon Hill Lane.
