A. Discussion of Board of Adjustment Case #1871 to be heard November
12, 2013
*CASE NO. 1871 *- A request by Marjorie Lewis, attorney for GAP
Properties, LLC (property owner) and Columbia Hospitality Management, LLC
(manager and owner of restaurant business), for variances to the sign
ordinance by allowing a projecting sign that exceeds the maximum square
feet permitted and projects further from the face of the wall than
permitted, and by allowing the top of the sign to be further from the
ground than permitted on property located at 29 S. Eighth Street.
