      William and Beverly Mills (owner) for approval of rezoning 415 W Smiley
      Lane from R-1 (One-family Dwelling District) to A-1
      (Agricultural District).  The subject site is located at the western
      terminus of West Smiley Lane, approximately 3,000 feet west of Providence
      Road.
