[soccer-l]: Columbia Youth Intro Track Meet - This Saturday!

[Soccer Notifications]

 This is a final call for registration to participate in Columbia's Youth
Intro Track Meet!  The deadline to register is this Thursday 4/19 by 5:00pm

Details are as follows:

~Saturday, April 21
~Columbia's Hickman High School Track (1104 N. Providence Rd.)
~Boys and girls Ages 6-12 (born 2006-2012) can participate
~9:00-9:45am check in
~Opening ceremonies begin at 10:00am
~Registration & Payment ($5.00) deadline is Thursday, April 19 to Columbia
Parks & Recreation offices (1 S. 7th Street) or the Armory Sports &
Community Center (701 E. Ash).  Forms can also be scanned and emailed to
camren.cross at como.gov and then payment handled over the phone with a
credit/debit card as well.

A few other things to know about the meet:
~Available events are:  100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, standing long jump,
softball throw, 4x100m relay (some events are only available to certain age
groups).
~No walk up registrations will be allowed.  It must be handled by the
deadline mentioned above.
~Track shoes / spikes are allowed if you choose to use them.
~Everyone is limited to a maximum of 3 events.  The only exception is if
the 4x100 relay is added as a 4th.  But, you need 3 other teammates in the
same age and gender group for that event.
~Top 3 finishers in each event receive a ribbon.
