[Vision-l] Important updates on tonight's Visioning Workshop

Good Morning!

On behalf of Dianne Drainer and Jeff Williams, I want to thank you for your support of the Visioning process.  As you know, tonight is the Exploring the Vision Workshop where the community gets to interact with Citizen Topic Group volunteers and see whether the emerging vision is on track.

IMPORTANT NOTES

*We are planning for large crowds tonight and ask Citizen Topic Group members to arrive 20 minutes early. 

*Citizen Topic Group members do not need to stop at the first registration area.  They should go directly into the ballroom where a special registration area with preprinted name badges has been set up for Citizen Topic Group members.  This is a way to give special recognition to topic group members and help them avoid bottlenecks that could occur in the public registration area.

*Volunteers will be present at points outside and inside the ballroom. They will be happy to direct topic group members to the Citizen Topic Group registration area.  Name badges will be filed by topic group.
