A total of 298 people have registered to be memebers of Citizen Topic
Groups, of which 228 attended the kickoff on January 17.  If you have
not registered for a Citizen Topic Group and wish to do so, please go to
http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Public_Comm/Visioning/visionform.php.

The second Citizen Topic Group meeting will be held on Wednesday,
February 21 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at West Junior High School.  This
will be the last chance for anyone who is interested to become an active
member of a Citizen Topic Group--after this meeting, anyone not already
registered will be limited to an observational role only.  If you have
any questions regarding this, please direct them to Paula Hertwig

For those not interested in participating in a Citizen Topic Group but
wanting to offer additional input, a meeting for the general public will
be held in April to review the work conducted by the Citizen Topic
Groups to that point and to encourage general instruction.  Additional
emails on this topic will be forthcoming.
