[Youth Baseball/Softball Notifications]

*Blue Thunder Track Club Outdoor Season Registration Day is around the
corner!*


*Saturday, March, 8*

*Armory Sports Center (701 E. Ash)*


*Blue Thunder is gearing up for another successful & award winning season
of **sprints**, middle distance, **long distance, **jumps, **throws, *
*hurdles, **relays **and race walks for young men and women ages 7-18.  In
2013, the club earned 12 All-American crowns, and is looking to do even
better in 2014.*


*All skill levels are welcome.  The season will begin in April and run
through the end of July.  Meets are held in and out of town.  Qualifiers
will have the opportunity to compete in the AAU National Junior Olympic
Games in Des Moines, IA at the end of July.  After the outdoor season ends,
information will be provided for the cross country season.*



*The cost to join the club is $95.  Cash, check and money orders will be
accepted.  We cannot accept credit or debit cards.  Please bring proof of
insurance as well as a copy of your child's birth certificate.*


*Registration forms can be found at Parks & Recreation offices (1 S. 7th),
the Armory Sports Center or simply downloaded from the Blue Thunder
website.  Registration forms will not be accepted prior to registration day
on March 8.*
