[Youth Baseball/Softball Notifications]

Greetings!


We are welcoming you to participate in the 2021 Major League Baseball
Pitch, Hit & Run Competition and Jr. Home Run Derby! This fun, free youth
competition for youngsters to showcase baseball / softball skills.  And
there is an opportunity to compete at the National Finals during the World
Series.  Come compete in one or both!


The Pitch, Hit & Run is a competition of pitching, hitting & running for
boys and girls in the following age / gender divisions:  7/8, 9/10, 11/12,
13/14.  Girls will use softballs, boys will use baseballs.  Participants
must pre-register online at www.PitchHitRun.com

The Jr. Home Run Derby is a competition to showcase the hitting abilities
of boys and girls ages 14 and under.  It is simply hitting as many home
runs as possible before your turn is done.  There are 2 age divisions (14U
& 12U), boys and girls compete together.  Participants must pre-register

All participants must bring a copy of age verification, and have their
parent or guardian fill out an online registration/waiver form prior to the
start of the competition.  This event will be held at American Legion Park
(3765 Legion Lane) at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 1.
