[arc-l]: Train for the ROC 7K!

Columbia Parks and Recreation will host the 3rd annual ROC 7K Trail
Run on January
23, 2016. This trail race takes participants through the scenic twists and
turns of Rhett's Run.

With trail running picking up in popularity and more people wanting to give
it a try, we are introducing a trail running training group which will
focus on technique, winter running and cross training for agility and
balance. This group will meet on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks leading up
to the ROC 7K and will take runners to various trail locations around
Columbia for training.

The group will meet for the first time on November 14. The cost is $85 and
includes registration to the ROC 7K ($35 value). To register for the
