4:15 p.m. in the community room of the Walton Building,  300 S. Providence
Road. The funding portion of the meeting will not begin until 5 p.m. The

The next deadline for Small Request applications is June 11. For more

*Annual Arts Funding Application Review*

Did your organization submit an arts funding application? If so, consider
attending the next meeting of the Commission on Cultural Affairs, Monday,
June 11, in the community room of the Walton Building, 300 S. Providence
Road, when Commissioners will be reviewing the applications.  The regular
meeting will begin at 4:15 p.m. and the funding portion will not start
until 5 p.m. It is open to the public and is an excellent opportunity to
become familiar with the process. Applicants are encouraged to attend.
While the minutes of the meeting will be available after the fact, sitting
in on the meeting will prove to be much more informative as you implement
your projects and formulate future proposals. Public comment does not occur
at the meeting – audience members are observers only so that no
organization is allowed to “testify” or lobby. The Commission’s July 9
meeting will include an opportunity for organizations to make public
comment.
