Devil's Icebox caving

COLUMBIA, MO (August 31, 2004) -- Are you looking for adventure?
Venture a mile and a half into Devil's Icebox at Rock Bridge Memorial
State Park by canoe and on foot. This rare caving experience is offered
by Columbia Parks & Recreation.

Orientation will be held Monday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m. at the ARC. The
caving trip will take place on Friday, Sept. 24, from 5:30 p.m. - 12:30
a.m. at Rock Bridge State Park. Participants must be 16 years and over
(under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian). 

Fee for the orientation and caving trip is $40. Call 874-7460 to
