Water line construction restricts traffic on Rollins Road and Rothwell
Drive

	(COLUMBIA, MO) - Columbia Water and Light will relocate a water
main line under the north lane of Rollins Road and east lane of Rothwell
Drive beginning Aug. 2,  in conjunction with a city storm water project.
The construction work will be done Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.
to 4 p.m. for approximately three weeks. During the weekdays, while the
water crews are working on this project, traffic will be restricted. 
Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
	Water service in the area will occasionally be disrupted towards
the end of the water main relocation project. Customers will be
individually notified of service disruptions by Columbia Water and
Light. After the project is completed, the water lines will be flushed.
Customers  might notice a slight discoloration in their water. Customers
that experience this problem should let the water run for a few minutes
until the discoloration has disappeared. The water will continue to be
safe to drink.
