Lane closure on Broadway, between William Street and Old 63

	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Wednesday, June 30, at 8:30 a.m.,
Reinhardt Construction Co., the contractor working for Boone Hospital
Center, will begin construction of curb and sidewalk restoration work.
This work will result in a closure of the northern westbound lane of
Broadway from Old 63 west to William Street. 
	Two-way continuous traffic will be maintained with traffic
control devices. Pedestrians will be routed around the construction
site, as well. The work should be completed and the street should be
fully reopened, weather permitting, by Friday, July 2, at 7 p.m.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in
the construction area and to use an alternate route whenever possible.
