Storm drainage project scheduled

	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announced that the
Storm Water Utility Division will begin a project at the intersection of
Cedar Lane and Lansing Avenue on Monday, October 4, weather permitting. 
The street will be closed to thru traffic and local traffic may be
obstructed due to construction of the new storm water system during
working hours 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The street  will reopen on Friday,
Oct. 29. 	Motorists are urged to make alternate plans due to this
storm water project.  Anyone having questions related to the
construction work planned should call the Storm  Water Utility Division
at 874-6289.
