Cosmo Day in the Park
COLUMBIA, MO (September 16, 2004) -- The Columbia Cosmopolitan Clubs
and Columbia Parks & Recreation Department will host a fundraising event
on Saturday, Sept. 25, at Cosmo Park to fund youth scholarships at the
ARC. Events will include a golf tournament at L.A. Nickell Golf Course
and organized youth and adult games at Dexheimer Shelter. For more

Golf Tournament
1st Annual Cosmo Golf Classic 4-Person Scramble
Saturday, Sept. 25
L.A. Nickell Golf Course, 1800 Parkside Drive
12:30 p.m. Shotgun Start
Check in - 10:30 a.m.- noon, Box lunch included
$240 per team
Entry deadline: Sept. 22
Registration forms available at L.A. Nickell Golf Course and in the
Leisure Times activity guide.

Games
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dexheimer Shelter, Cosmo Park
Childrens' Games: Free, Adult Games: $1 or a canned food donation.
Sand volleyball, stilts, candy in the haystack, play games for prizes,
bounce house, hillbilly golf, horse shoes, disc golf, washers, Columbia
Police Department special event.

Lunch
Lunch will be available for purchase from Smokin' Chicks Bar-B-Q.
Partial lunch proceeds will benefit ARC scholarships.
