CATSO meeting cancelled; new meeting date set

COLUMBIA, MO (September 28, 2004) -- The Columbia Area Transportation
Study Organization (CATSO) Coordinating Committee Meeting originally
scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004 at 2:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Daniel Boone Building, 701 East Broadway, Columbia,
Missouri, HAS BEEN CANCELLED. The meeting will be rescheduled for
Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004 at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the
Daniel Boone Building, 701 East Broadway, Columbia, Missouri.

The Committee will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the
following item: (continued from the public hearing of Aug. 26, 2004)

Proposed amendments to the CATSO Major Roadway Plan
The Columbia Area Transportation Study Organization is designated as a
metropolitan planning organization (MPO) and is organized for the
purpose of coordinating transportation planning efforts in the Columbia
urbanized and metropolitan area. CATSO is comprised of representatives
of the city of Columbia, Boone County, and the Missouri Department of
Transportation.
