Lane closure on Walnut Street
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Wednesday, April 13, at 8:30 a.m.,
Specialized Mechanical Services Inc., the contractor working for First
Christian Church, will begin construction of a crane lift operation.
This work will result in the closure of the westbound lane of Walnut
street just west of Tenth Street.
	Two-way traffic shall be maintained by flag men. The work should
be completed, weather permitting, and the street should be fully
reopened that day, Wednesday, April 13, at 11 a.m. Motorists and
pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the
construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
