Lane closure on Worley Street  
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Sunday, Aug. 28, at 8:30 a.m., Sublett
Excavating will begin construction on a sanitary sewer lateral
replacement. This work will result in the closure of the westbound lane
on Worley Street between Clinkscales Road and Pershing Road.  Two-way
traffic shall be maintained by flag men. 
	The work should be completed, weather permitting, and the street
should be fully reopened later that day, Sunday, Aug. 28, at 4 p.m.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in
the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
