Columbia Transit's Theater Special - the Purple Route
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - Passengers have the chance to try Columbia
Transit's "Theater Special - the Purple Route" free of charge,
once a month from March through June 2005. The dates for free rides on
the Purple Route are March 17, April 21, May 19 and June 16. 
	Passengers can save even more by wearing their "I've Made
Connections" button on the same day to ride the Downtown Orbiter for
free. The theater special runs between Forum 8 and Hollywood 14
Theaters, connecting with Columbia Transit's Downtown Orbiter at the
University Hospital bus shelter on Maryland. For exact times, call
Wabash Station at 874-7282. 
	Columbia Transit has also teamed up with Forum 8 Theaters to
offer passengers a chance to win coupons and movie passes to the Forum
8. Columbia Transit's movie trivia contest runs from March 1 to June 2
with weekly drawings for coupons and twice-monthly drawings for free
passes to the movies. Contest rules are posted at the Wabash and on the
Web site at www.GoColumbiaMo.com/PublicWorks/transportation.
