Mayor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health's Fitness Forum
scheduled for May 10
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The next Mayor's Council on Physical Fitness
and Health's Fitness Forum is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, at 5:30
p.m. at the Activity & Recreation Center (ARC), 1701 West Ash. This
forum was scheduled as one of several events of Bike, Walk and Wheel
Week.  
	Mayor Hindman will present fitness awards to local citizens who
have made healthy changes in their lives or have been a role model for
others. The moderator will be Stacey Cooley, Miss Columbia. Tribune
columnist and baseball scout Bill Clark will speak on "Fitness and
Strength Training for the Mature Athlete."  
	This is a free event open to all community members. Refreshments
will be provided.
