Register now for Active Kids Club

COLUMBIA, MO (April 19, 2006) -- Registration is going on now for the
Columbia Parks and Recreation Department's Active Kids Club, a
half-day summer camp for children entering third, fourth, fifth or sixth
grades in the fall. 

Children will be able to participate in organized sport activities such
as soccer, basketball, hockey, kickball, dodgeball, swimming, flag
football and more!. The Active Kids Club will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12
p.m. Mondays through Thursdays at these sites:

June 12-15 Oakland Park
June 19-22 Fairview Park
June 26-29 Cosmo-Bethel Park
July 10-13 Oakland Park
July 17-20 Fairview Park
Aug. 7-10 Cosmo-Bethel Park

The cost is $25 per child for one week. Children may bring a snack and
drink. To register or for more information, please call 874-7460.
