Relocation of Fire Station #7 public meeting 

COLUMBIA, MO (February 21, 2006) -- A public meeting will be held Feb.
23 at 8 p.m. at Rock Bridge Christian Church, 301 W. Green Meadows Rd.,
to discuss the relocation of existing Fire Station #7, which is
currently located at 3601 S. Providence Rd. The new facility will be
constructed at the corner of Green Meadows Road and Green Meadows
Circle.

Fire Station #7 is in need of major repairs. It is felt that funds
would be better spent toward a relocation that allows for improved
response time and a more efficient facility.

Representatives from the city will be on hand to listen to citizen
concerns and answer questions. For more information, contact Bill
