Maryland Avenue closure
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announced the
closure of Maryland Avenue between Rollins Road and Kentucky Boulevard.
This closure is scheduled to begin Friday, July 21, weather permitting. 

	J. C. Industries Inc. of Jefferson City, Mo., will begin
excavation for the installation of a sanitary sewer main and a
reinforced concrete box storm sewer in Maryland Avenue.  This work is in
conjunction with the Greek Town Storm Sewer Improvements & South Campus
Relief Sewer Project - Phase 2, which is nearing completion. 
	The closure is expected to last approximately two weeks. A
future press release will announce the reopening of the street.
