Temporary Closure of Elm Street between Ninth Street and Tenth Street
 COLUMBIA, MO (March 17, 2006) -- The City of Columbia Public Works
Department announced today that beginning Monday, March 20, 2006 at 7
a.m., Meyer Electric, the contractor working for the United Methodist
Church, will begin utility relocation work on Elm Street. This work will
result in the temporary closure of Elm Street between Ninth Street and
Tenth Street. The work should be completed and the street should be
reopened, weather permitting, by Friday, March 24, 2006 at 5 p.m.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in
the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
