Citizens invited to comment on FY 2008 Capital Improvements Plan

COLUMBIA, MO (April 27, 2007) - 

What: City Manager Bill Watkins’ news conference to introduce the FY
2008 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP)

When: Tuesday, May 1, starting at 9 a.m.

Where: City Council Chamber, 4th Floor, Daniel Boone Building, 701 E.
Broadway

Why: The City Council uses the CIP to set spending priorities for
streets, sidewalks and other public construction projects in Columbia.
It’s important for citizens to learn about these plans, ask questions
and provide input for Council members.
