(COLUMBIA, MO) - City of Columbia Public Works Department
Director John Glascock announces that Rosemary Frank has been hired as
the new Public Works volunteer coordinator. Frank, who started her new

recycling to neighborhood associations and civic groups to increase
public awareness of the program.
She is excited to join the Public Works Department team.
“Volunteers are a vital part of our department’s waste reduction
and cleanup efforts," Frank said. "I look forward to working together on
programs designed to keep Columbia a beautiful place to live and work."
Frank earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and a
Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
