Temporary closure of one lane on Locust Street

COLUMBIA, MO (August 30, 2007) - The Public Works Department announces
that on Aug. 31 and Sept. 4 Phoenix Contractors will construct a steel
structure at 126 South Ninth St. This work will result in the closure of
the northern lane of traffic on Locust Street between Ninth and 10th
streets and the sidewalk and parking spaces in the construction zone on
those two days. 

Motorists are advised to take an alternate route during these dates.
Anyone having questions related to the street closure should contact the
Public Works Department at (573) 874-7250.
