Public hearing for Columbia Regional Airport land acquisition	
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces a public
hearing for the Columbia Regional Airport. The hearing will be held
Monday, May 21, 2007, during the regularly scheduled City Council
meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, fourth floor of
the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E. Broadway. Public comments are
encouraged regarding the proposed land acquisition near the Columbia
Regional Airport. 
	The proposal includes authorizing the city to acquire three
parcels of property as outlined in the 2002 Airport Master Plan.
Citizens are encouraged to attend the public hearing if they would like
to formally comment on the proposed land acquisition.
