What: News conference to review agenda items for Oct. 15 City Council
Meeting

Tip for Monday: NOTE: Pre-Council will start at 5:45 p.m. instead of 6
p.m.

Pre-Council Topics: City Hall streetscape and construction; meet artist
Howard Meehan; retiree health care changes; closed session to evaluate
city clerk.
