Older American Klub to serve ham and bean lunch 

COLUMBIA, MO (October 16, 2007) - Don’t miss the annual fund-raiser
for the Older American Klub! The group will hold its annual ham and bean
lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, at the Parkade Center,
601 Business Loop 70 W, Ste 216, Rec Room C (northeast entrance). 

The menu includes ham and beans, applesauce, coleslaw, cornbread, pie
and drink. To-go meals are also available. 

The Older American Klub (O.A.K.) is sponsored by Columbia Parks and
Recreation. It is designed to provide individuals 50 and older the
opportunity to participate in activities and programs with others of
similar age and interests, such as dances, crafts, bingo and pool. 

The cost of the lunch is $6 per person. Proceeds will go toward
supporting O.A.K. activities. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the
Parkade Center (Suite 216B) or at the door the day of the event. Call
