Temporary closure on Locust Street 

(COLUMBIA, MO) -- The Public Works Department announces that beginning
Jan. 7 at 7 a.m. Huebert Builders will be working on the Missouri
Theatre, which will result in traffic and parking restrictions on Locust
Street. Two-way traffic will be maintained, but their will be no parking
on Locust Street between Eighth and Ninth. The work should be completed,
weather permitting, Jan. 14.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in
the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible. For
more information, please contact the Public Works Department at (573)
874-7250.
