Local youths participate in AAU State Championship Track

COLUMBIA, MO (June 13, 2008) - On Sunday, June 8, 28 athletes from
Columbia Parks & Recreation’s Blue Thunder Track Club competed in the
AAU Missouri State Championships Track Meet in Independence, Mo. Over
600 youth from Missouri competed in this meet. Athletes who placed in
the top four are automatically qualified to compete in the Missouri
Valley Championships in Topeka, Kan., on Friday, June 20, & Saturday,
June 21. 

Top Performances/Qualifiers from Columbia’s Blue Thunder Track Club
