HomeWorks home maintenance training		
						
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Department of Planning and Development is
sponsoring a HomeWorks home maintenance class on Saturday, May 31, from
9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Daniel Boone Regional Library, 100 W.
Broadway. This free program for homeowners covers:
	●	Basic home repairs
	●	Preventive home maintenance 
	●	Do-it-yourself or hire a contractor?
	●	Insulation and energy efficiency 
	A question-and-answer period concludes the presentation.
	Individuals receiving housing rehabilitation funds through the
city of Columbia are eligible to receive a free home maintenance guide
book (one per household). Other attendees may purchase a book for $25.
	Registration is required. Enroll online at www.GoColumbiaMo.com
under “What’s Happening” or contact the city’s Planning
Department at 874-7239 to have the registration form mailed to you.
Space is limited so register early.
