Chapel Hill Road ribbon cutting

(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Columbia Public Works Department invites the
public to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of
the new Chapel Hill extension Wednesday, May 28, at 9 a.m. The ceremony
will take place near the Daniel Boone Little League field (entrance off
Chapel Hill, not Scott Boulevard). The project includes a new roadway
from Scott Boulevard to Gillespie Bridge Road. Cost was $3.4 million,
which was funded by capital improvement sales tax funds, county road tax
rebate funds, Boone County grant funds and development charges. For more
