Vote and Vaccinate 

COLUMBIA, MO (November 3, 2008) - The Columbia/Boone County Department
of Public Health and Human Services will offer flu vaccinations on
election day through the Vote and Vaccinate program. Vaccinations will
be available at the health department clinic from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Cost
is $20, but the vaccine is offered free to Medicaid and Medicare
recipients. The program is open to all Boone County residents, no matter
their polling place. For faster service, citizens can fill out the
required consent forms prior to arrival by visiting www.GoColumbiaMo.com
and following the links to the health department's flu page.
