Interested-parties meeting for GetAbout Columbia projects
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces an
informal public meeting for projects related to the GetAbout Columbia
program. The meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 5:30 p.m. to
7 p.m. at the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E. Broadway, in the Mezzanine
Conference Room.
	The purpose is to discuss proposed new MKT connectors and
sidewalk for:
●	MKT connectors - Katy Place, Forum/Katy Lane, Wilson’s and
Garth extension -design only
●	Sidewalk - Stadium Boulevard from Providence Road to College
Avenue
	Information, maps and diagrams for these projects will be
available for public review at the meeting. City staff and consultants
will be present to answer questions and receive comments. These
infrastructure improvements are part of the overall $22 million
non-motorized pilot program being funded by the Federal Highway
Administration.
