Open House/Interested Party Meeting for Scott Boulevard Phase 2 & 3

COLUMBIA, MO (November 24, 2008) - The Public Works Department
announces an informal Open House concerning the future roadway project
for Scott Boulevard, Phases 2 and 3. The meeting will be held Tuesday,
December 2 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Mill Creek Elementary School, 2200
Nifong Blvd. West. The meeting will be held in the media center. 

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the scope, design and
scheduling for Scott Boulevard, Phase 2 and 3. Phase 2 extends from
Brookview Terrace to Vawter School Road. Phase 3 extends from Vawter
School Road to Route KK. The projects are identified for construction in
2011 and 2012. Information, maps and diagrams for these projects will be
available for public review, and city staff and consulting engineers
will be present to answer questions and receive comments.
