COLUMBIA, MO (April 15,  2009) - 

When: Thursday, April 16, from 6:30 - 9 p.m.

Where: Cafeteria, Fairview Elementary School

What: Help citizens learn about and understand city of Columbia budget
process and issues - opportunity for citizens to advise Councilman Wade
on budget decisions

Agenda and Guidelines: Forum is open to all; budget fact sheets will be
available

1. Explanation of city budget - Only Ward 4 citizens may discuss
2. Small group tasks to identify suggestions for changes - all may
discuss 
3. Presentation on city budget challenges for FY 2010 - FY 2012 - Only
Ward 4 citizens may discuss
